How we can work together

There a number of ways we can work together and each package will be developed based on what you're wanting to achieve. Below are two options, but I am happy to have a conversation around what works best for you, so please get in touch to discuss.

Coaching package

I usually work with clients over a period of four to six months. This enables us to work together and get clarity of what your goal is, explore what is going on for you, identify anything that might be getting in your way and create actions and momentum to move towards what you want.

Over this time there will be six 90 minute one-to-one coaching sessions between 3 and 4 weeks apart, as well as check in’s between sessions if anything urgent comes up. There’s likely to be exercises for you to undertake in-between (if you agree) and I’ll send you useful resources and wider reading where that’s helpful. The packages also includes a 3-month 30 minute check in call to see where you’re at. Please get in touch for more information on rates and to book in your free consultation. 

Spot coaching

If you’d like help on a specific challenge that’s arisen that you’d like to work through I can offer a one-off 2-hour session. It might be a business challenge, preparation for an up-coming meeting, difficult conversation or relationship that you want to work on. By the end of the session we will have created actions for you to take forward. Appointments can be offered with 48 hours notice and sometimes sooner.* Please get in touch for more information on rates and to book in your free consultation.
