Working with organisations

Coaching EAST works with organisations to help support and develop the most important asset there is – its people.

I provide leadership coaching, working with individuals and teams who want to work towards identified goals in the workplace. Work has included providing support in a range of situations including embedding into a new role or team, developing as a leader, increasing confidence and self-belief, improving influence and effectively communicating, navigating organisational change and supporting wellbeing. Support can also be provided to respond to the challenges and opportunities that have arisen from the pandemic including managing new ways of working and team engagement.

I am the lead executive level coach and have worked with leaders in the public, not for profit and private sectors to successfully navigate a wide range of career opportunities and challenges. This has included managing change, increasing impact, improving confidence and communication in the work place and developing as a leader.

The Coaching EAST approach is all about equipping the coachee with the resources and tools they need to continue to build on their success long after the coaching is complete.

I also works with a network of experienced associate coaches, where more than one coach is needed to support an organisation or team.

Alongside their coaching skills, all coaches bring extensive experience from their own careers as leaders and consultants. They all have the credentials you’d expect to see and have qualified through Barefoot Ltd postgraduate programme or equivalent and are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
